The Collective Unlearning

You are not alone
in what you believe.

We all hold the same beliefs. Just at different percentages. Whatever you believe about yourself — someone else believes it too. That's not a coincidence. That's the collective.

The Practice

Conscious Sleep.
Measurable shift.

Inside The Conscious Sleep Library, we use Yoga Nidra — the practice of yogic sleep — to work directly with limiting beliefs. Not by talking about them. By replacing them, in the mind and body, with new intentions — through a guided practice that requires nothing from you but to lie down and listen. And we measure the shift in percentages.

Because sometimes you need something tangible to hold onto while you learn to trust — the process, the tracking, and most importantly yourself.

The Yoga Nidra at the heart of Conscious Sleep comes from the Amrit Yoga Nidra lineage, founded by Yogi Amrit Desai and carried forward by his daughter, Dr. Kamini Desai — under whose guidance I trained as an advanced practitioner.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice — not mine to rename. Conscious Sleep is what I call the full container of this work: the Yoga Nidra practice woven together with my own understanding of collective limiting beliefs and the belief tracker. The Nidras are rooted in tradition.

The rest are some extra sparkles from yours truly.

About Kristin

Aware of everything.
Changed by nothing.

I came to this work the way most of us do — through utter frustration. Frustration in knowing that the person I was showing the world with my reactions wasn't me but not having any success in changing. Awareness — check. Identified beliefs — check. Actual sustained change? Nada.

And it wasn't for not searching. In 2017, I started CBT, then EMDR, I even trained in Cranial Sacral. All supplied pieces of the puzzle but none provided the why and the consistency I was looking for. You might call me an overthinker with a need for efficiency.

I didn't give up my search and found Yoga Nidra — specifically the Amrit Yoga Nidra tradition — and that's when everything started to click into place. As an advanced practitioner of this lineage, I began to see something that my background in Anthropology had always pointed toward: the majority of us share the same limiting beliefs. The difference is the percentage we hold them at.

You change. I change. We all change.

Inside Conscious Sleep

Every shared belief has a practice.

One membership unlocks the full Conscious Sleep library — dedicated Yoga Nidras for specific intermediary beliefs for the most targeted collective shifts. Yours to return to as many times as you need, for as long as the unlearning takes.

These are just three of the 100+ beliefs inside the Conscious Sleep library. Every one has its own dedicated Yoga Nidra practice — and its own percentage to shift.

How it works

Let me show you the belief tracker.

Watch how the tracker works — and how watching your percentages shift becomes the proof that the unlearning is actually happening inside the Yoga Nidra practice.

What members are unlearning

"Knowing that everyone holds these same beliefs — just at different percentages — completely changed how I see myself. I'm not broken. I'm just human."

Sarah M.

Member, 3 months

"I tried therapy for years. It helped me understand my beliefs intellectually. Yoga Nidra inside Conscious Sleep was the first thing that actually reached my body."

Jamie L.

Member, 6 months

"The tracker showing both mind and body percentages separately was a revelation. My body was holding beliefs my mind thought it had already released."

Want to unlearn faster?

Sometimes the most effective next step is a private session — a personalised Conscious Sleep practice built specifically around your nervous system, your history, and the belief keeping you from your best self right now.

And remember that we're all in this together? Private sessions are no different. The intentions we develop together, they're added to the Conscious Sleep library (without any identifying information, just the nidra) — so every member benefits from your unlearning. Your work becomes part of something bigger and we all benefit from your shift.

Stay connected

Your body knows the way in.

Before belief work begins, the body needs an invitation to reconnect. This free Yoga Nidra practice is that invitation — a gentle way to arrive in yourself, so when the unlearning starts, you're ready.
