What exactly is Conscious Sleep?
Conscious Sleep is Kristin's full framework — Yoga Nidra practice combined with the belief tracker and her approach to measuring percentage shifts.
What if my percentages go down instead of up in relationship to my belief of the new intention?
Most often, if percentages fluctuate or go down it's because the belief is actively present in your life right now. Our bodies and minds are wise — they are there to protect you, and if you still need protecting, the belief won't shift, or it will jump up and down. If that's the case, I encourage you to ask yourself: Who or what could possibly be keeping this belief active? Is this a relationship or situation that truly serves me? What would I gain from embracing this new intention and letting go of what is holding me back? When you have the answers to those questions, it is far more likely you'll know the best way to proceed forward.
Will my data save across devices and browsers?
Yes. Your membership uses a WordPress login via MemberPress, so all your data is stored server-side. Log in from any browser, any device.
Do I need any prior experience with Yoga Nidra?
None at all. Yoga Nidra is one of the most accessible practices there is — it's guided, you lie down, and you simply listen.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly members can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of their billing period.
